Delivery and Returns

WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE
All of my ceramics are individually hand painted to order so yours may vary slightly from those shown on the website. Each piece is also signed by hand and fired in my farm studio in Perthshire.

TO THE UK
Unless otherwise stated, I will ship all ceramics to UK mainland addresses with the Royal Mail.

All products can be collected from the studio. Please email or call to arrange this. Otherwise delivery prices within the UK:

TO EUROPE
Hearts – Packing & Delivery will be £4.95
Jugs– Packing & Delivery will be £15.00
Milk Bottles – Packing & Delivery will be £15.00

TO USA
Hearts – Packing & Delivery will be £4.95
Jugs – Packing & Delivery will be £20.00
Milk Bottles Packing & Delivery will be £20.00

Rest of World

Taxes: All custom charges, taxes or import duties that may be payable are the sole responsibility of the purchaser

DELIVERY TIMES
Each piece is individually hand painted. I aim to ship orders within 10/14 working days of receipt. For commissions pieces please allow up to 3 weeks.

If your gift is urgent, please contact me first and I will do my best to accommodate your requirements.

RETURNS
We accept returns within 7 working days of delivery.

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact me within 7 working days of receipt of your products, directly by telephone or email to discuss your disaffection with the product. I will offer a replacement or a full refund for any product that does not meet your requirements. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be packaged carefully for return postage.

In the event that your product arrives damaged please contact me directly.

We will replace any items which have arrived in a damaged condition.

We recommend using recorded delivery to return items and please remember to include a copy of your receipt along with your contact details.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received. I will contact you to let you know that we have received your returned item and whether we are able to approve your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days.

CHANGING AN ORDER

If you need to change an order you have placed, please contact me as soon as possible.

Orders for personalised gifts cannot be cancelled, amended or refunded in full if the personalisation has started.(Typically within 72 hours).
